About Folmio
Folmio is a collection of small utilities for everyday file tasks: making pictures smaller, preparing PDF attachments, and turning clear printed text into a draft you can copy.
A simpler route from file to result
Many file tasks can run on the device already in front of you. Folmio uses your browser to process selected files, so the tool does not need a processing server or an account containing your documents. Choose an action, review the output, and save a separate copy.
What local processing means
The website still downloads its own pages, code, fonts, and recognition assets. Its hosting provider sees ordinary website requests. Your selected files, file names, and recognized text are not included in those requests. Tool pages do not load advertising or analytics scripts, even when the rest of the site has those integrations enabled.
Built for practical, reviewable work
Clear limits are shown where browser memory, format support, or text recognition can affect an outcome. We do not claim that OCR is perfectly accurate, that every PDF feature survives editing, or that re-encoding an image hides visible personal information. Keep originals and inspect important results.
Free to use
No signup or payment is required for the available tools. Device safeguards are technical limits rather than a daily credit system. Optional advertising on pages without file controls may help support the site after the operator configures and obtains approval for it. Advertising is disabled in the initial release.
